30 GoAir pilots quit after CEO's exit

30 GoAir pilots have quit the airlines within a few weeks of the CEO Giorgio De Roni quitting the company. The exodus indicates a 15% reduction in the company’s pilot strength. According to the company’s statement, the departures are an outcome of training issues and inadequate flying hours. Lesser flying hours translated into lower payouts for pilots.
