Aircel receives ET awards

Aircel has received the ET Telecom Award 2014 for its innovative customer preference research model- A.E.L. It stands for acquisition, engagement, loyalty and comes in quick succession of the company receiving the ‘Aegis Graham Bell Award 2014’ for innovation in customer care. The awards were presented in 14 categories and received over 100 nominations.
