Many leading companies, including Philips, Unilever, Wipro, and Essar have taken steps and measures to prevent sexual harassment incidents. Among the more popular steps, include setting up sexual harassment committees, and operating harassment phone hotliines. Care is taken to maintain anonymity of complainants in these delicate matters.
