HR in dire need for automation

Owing the lack of technology, HR managers across the globe feel that they are being held back by productivity killers such as paperwork, payroll processing, and routine training sessions. According to a recent survey by Silkroad, 72% of HR managers feel that HR is in dire need for automation. From among automated HR processes, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning are the lest automated.
