Npower outsources jobs to India for better service

British energy company, Npower, has transferred hundreds of jobs to India saying that it will lead to better service for clients. The company made the decision to outsource to India for part of the offshoring for back-end office. The company has been criticized for taking out 550 jobs from its UK locations. The company confirmed last week that it will cut 1460 jobs from UK and move them to India.
