Earlier, HR was more about Personnel Management and in last 30 years, it has changed from being transactional to transformational. Through the modern brain sciences, it is now possible to understand the neurobiology of behavior and this has huge implications for deciphering and developing behaviors that are focused on achieving the operational and strategic goals of an organization. A deeper study of the functionality of the brain has led to the formation of certain neuroscience principles which can be utilized by HR leaders to build capabilities.
