Peer recognition on the rise

Many companies are setting up systems for peers and colleagues to recognise and reward. Some pioneering companies, such as HCL, have formalised this process through a gamification platform that allows people to earn points and subsequent rewards. Many other such companies, such as NIIT, Citi, Godrej, and Vodafone have set up similar peer reward and recognition platforms.
