Pilot shortage at Alliance Air

Alliance Air is struggling with the problem of pilot shortage with several of its flights delayed or cancelled. The majority of its shortage is with its CJR fleet of aircrafts. Officials in the company say that the pilot shortage is a result of mismanagement by the leadership team.
