V K Rekhi resigns from United Breweries (Holdings) Board

V K Rekhi, a non-executive director on the board of United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd has resigned. The company in a release to exchanges said Rekhi has resigned as director and his resignation was accepted by the board at its meeting held on May 8, 2014.
