What top HR executives' think about Bell Curve

The normal distribution curve, which rears its head during appraisals, has been debated endlessly since it forces a ranking system on employees. ET asked senior HR executives, 'Should the bell curve be scrapped?' They believe there is nothing inherently wrong with it, but say organisations must make systems and processes more robust.
