The world we live in is changing dramatically and we are changing the way we live, work and play. It's time to ride the waves of change but beware of dehumanizing the workforces. Organizations that allow people to be human, make mistakes and learn from them are thriving and growing. Therefore, there is a need to realize a 'segment of one' rather than categorizing and boxing up people into verticals.
