Measuring the success of a CLO role: Anand Pillai

One of the first parameters to measure the effectiveness of a CLO role is how closely are the business results aligned to the learning outcome. The second and the next critical role is how well is he aligning the use of technology to learning, third is how are we moving from classroom-based learning to technology-based learning and the fourth parameter is how well the learning function is alinged to the business parameters and inputs.
