Snapdeal to have an extensive engagement plan for B-schools

Snapdeal, which hired about 250 MBA graduates across business schools this year, and plans to have an extensive engagement plan for campuses for placements next year, may look at hiring more candidates, but is not focusing on adding more business schools to its list. This year, the company plans to have an extensive engagement plan to engage with campuses before they go in for final placements to ensure that they have clearly identified the campuses to visit during the placement season.
