The stage for a CLO: India Perspective

Global organizations have always had the CLO role. Some call it the Chief Talent Officer and some Chief Learning Officer. So it was there in varying degrees in various organizations. Large Indian conglomerates in particular have started putting that a lot more. We, in India, are in the third generation of HR where there is tremendous talent shortage. The role of a CLO has become very important and we attempt to find out what are the main expectations from a CLO role.
