The rise of the self-developing organization

In this talk, John Ambrose talks about the disruptive trends that are challenging the traditional L&D frameworks by bridging the gap between technology and content. While noting that the need of the hour is to understand the generational mindsets with respect to learning, he highlights that concept of a self-developing organization. He also shares the learning and talent maturity framework that helps organizations identify themselves on a stage of growth, this includes the siloed stage, targeted stage, transforming stage, continuous stage and optimized stage. An L&D journey through the different stages of the talent maturity creates talent agility; it resolves skills gaps, creates meaningful analytics and optimizes the performance.
