The top undergraduate colleges across the country are seeing a flood of job offers from recruiters, and this year there has been an increase of approximately 28 per cent for the top offer. The phenomenon is common across both the top business schools and the top graduate schools in the country. Some of the top recruiters include McKinset, Deutshe Bank, BCG, Bain & Co., and Deloitte.
