After stepping down as CEO and president of Schindler India Ashok Ramachandran has joined JSW Energy as chief operating officer. Ashok who joined Schindler as a quality engineer in Australia in 2006 held various roles within the group.

This is a complete shift in the industry where I will now be Chief Operating Officer for JSW Energy Ltd - managing an energy portfolio spread across Thermal, Hydroelectric, Wind, Solar and new verticals such as Hydrogen Power and Storage Solutions. I am very much looking forward to working in this listed entity with a couple of billion dollars turnover!,” Ramchandran posted on Linkedin.
Before Schindler, Ramachandran worked with Moran Furniture Pty Ltd as operations engineer.
