The engineering services company, Geometric, has appointed an executive search firm to find a replacement for its founder and CEO, Manu Parpia. Parpia is a co-promoter and controls over 7% of the company. Parpia returned as MD in the firm after being replaced in 2006. He was reappointed as CFO in January.
