Top officials of the organization confirmed that the company is providing a platform for the non-performers, who separated from the company, if they come back with additional skill sets. They believe that one-year window would have been enough for them to acquire some additional skills. The tech major is also resuming campus hiring from January 2010; it has already hired approximately 200 people in Saudi Arabia and Egypt recently and wants to cater to the growing requirements of existing accounts in India and in the Middle-East .
