Manmeet Sandhu is the Chief People Officer of one of the most reliable transaction platforms in India, PhonePe. Since 2018, she has been transforming the lives of thousands of employees while also supporting the organisational goal. Sandhu’s aim is not just to make PhonePe a great place to work, but also build a world-class HR organisation with the right tools and systems. 

Prior to PhonePe, Manmeet was associated with Amazon Seattle, supporting the Prime Video WW Marketing team. She has about 15 years of experience in HR across multiple countries and in areas such as compensation, D&I and business partnering.

Vidya Lakshmi, EVP, Head of HR (India and Philippines) at Wells Fargo

The Head of HR at Wells Fargo, Vidya Lakshmi has more than fifteen years of experience being a people manager. She joined the leading financial services company in 2021 and since then she has been effectively playing the role of a liaison between management and staff to implement country-specific labour practices and cogent risk controls.

Lakshmi also plays a key role in forming and executing strategic planning while serving on the company’s Operating Committee for India and the Philippines. Before Wells Fargo, she was working at Goldman Sachs as the Head of Human Capital Management, Bengaluru, Head of HR Operations, Bengaluru, and Chief of Staff to the CEO in Bengaluru. 

Priyank Vajpai,Vice President, Head Talent Acquisition South Asia at Mastercard

A financial services giant like Mastercard can hardly function without the best in the field. When it comes to managing people, the company has Priyank Vajpai as its Head Talent Acquisition personnel for South Asia. He comes with extensive experience in hiring for large organisations with expertise in data-driven decision-making and a focus on diversity. Prior to joining Mastercard, he was associated with PepsiCo, Vodafone, and Wipro. 

Saurabh Sharma, SVP, Global Head Enterprise Ops and Strategic Initiatives at Firstsource

Always keen to partner with startups and innovative firms, Saurabh Sharma leads the Global Enterprise Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Firstsource. He has expertise in workforce management and risk management, which helps companies to drive growth. 

Sharma has been effectively creating opportunities for the disruption that allows upending the existing business thinking. Before Firstsource, Saurabh worked at Cognizant, GE Singapore, UBS AG, Dell and Blueshifts Inc, among others. 

Ranganathan Srinivasan, Director and Head - Talent Acquisition at Bosch Global Software Technologies 

The multinational engineering and technology company Bosch has diverse needs when it comes to its people. Ranganathan Srinivasan, Director and Head Talent Acquisition of the company, is a specialist in implementing HR policies and processes. He comes with nearly nineteen years of experience in managing almost all aspects of Human Resources.

This includes compensation, recruitment, HRBP, training and development, staffing, performance management, competency management, succession planning, business operations, and talent strategy. Prior to Bosch, Srinivasan was associated with DXC Technology, ITC Infotech, Accenture, and Citi Bank.
