In the past few weeks, we have probably heard the term ‘mental health’ more often than we did earlier. This COVID-19 2nd wave has created situations that have led to many of us feeling stressed, anxious, fearful and lonely. It is crucial in times like these to stay mentally healthy and seek help should we find ourselves experiencing any emotional distress.

In October 2020, we at National HRD Network launched the Mind Matters movement. It is a movement (spearheaded by the NHRDN in partnership with White Swan Foundation, a non-profit initiative & Fulki Communications) to spread awareness on mental wellbeing and enable great workplace practices to support it. The objective of Mind Matters is to make Mental Wellbeing a strategic priority in organizations by creating awareness & reduce stigma around Mental wellbeing. We curated multiple interventions, sessions & a toolkit which was adopted by 110+ organizations.

Considering these times, we have tweaked the toolkit  to assist you in making a commitment to prioritize employee mental wellbeing. We seek your support in ensuring that we not only take care of our own mental health but also help our colleagues with their wellbeing.
