Sanjeev Jha, the former HR Director of upGrad, has joined Research & Ranking as the Head of Human Resources with immediate effect.

In his new role, Sanjeev brings over 15 years of core HR expertise, encompassing Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and Shared Services across various geographies. He will oversee strategic and people-centric initiatives of the company under the direction of Manish Goel, Founder and Director of Research & Ranking.

Sanjeev stepped down as the Director of HR at upGrad after four years of service. In his previous roles, he also worked with Unilazer Ventures, Convergys, Tata Consultancy Services, and H&G Textiles Pvt. Ltd, a division of Pepe Jeans London.

Assuming his new responsibilities, Sanjeev will spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s ambition to drive high growth. Leading the HR team, he will focus on attracting top-tier talent, nurturing professional growth, prioritizing employee well-being, and fostering a performance-based culture. Additionally, he will bolster the organization’s culture with inclusivity, professional development, and employee branding initiatives.
