IT firm Mindtree is considering launching a software that helps track physical, mental, spiritual wellness of people by engaging them through an array of wellness activities socially linkable through iPads, iPhones, Androids and the like and will help in HR analytics on employee wellness. Like Mindtree, other companies such as Marico, Citibank, HCL Technologies, Mahindra & Mahindra, Pepsico India and Raychem RPG are upgrading their employee engagement measures by coming up with newer policies.
