Shriram Properties, a leading realty firm, has announced the appointment of Debasis Panigrahi as its Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect. 

Debasis, who recently served as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Emami Realty, brings around 20 years of core industry experience. In his previous roles, he served Tata Realty in the capacity of Vice President and head of HR, Karle Infra as the Head of HR, and Puravankara Ltd as the Head of Talent and Group Corporate HR.

Assuming responsibilities as CHRO, Debasis brings his core competencies, including HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Management, Leadership Assessment and Development, Career Progression, Fostering Talent & HR Tech to the Future of Work, Building DEIB work culture, and Employee Relations, to further bolster Shriram Properties as the leading residential real estate firm. His experience in successfully designing and executing Talent Management practices for startups in multiple sectors, as well as large-scale Talent Transformation, has led prominent organizations to bolster their presence in India & abroad.

On the academic front, Debasis holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science from Sambalpur University. He also holds a Master of Sociology degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
