Unicommerce has announced its plans to expand its workforce to support its expansion plan in India & international markets and further bolster its technology team. The E-commerce focused supply chain SaaS platform aims to increase its workforce by 60% by onboarding over 150 people until the end of FY22.  Currently, the company employs over 240 people, from various offices located across the country. 

Sharing his insights into the hiring plans, Kapil Makhija, CEO Unicommerce, said, “Unicommerce has always been an industry leader working with some of the biggest brands across sectors. In the last year, we further strengthened our position and established ourselves as a preferred choice of sellers planning D2C and omnichannel operations. We aim to continue the strong growth momentum and have a clear roadmap of international expansion for FY22. “

According to the company’s statement, Unicommerce has already onboarded 60 employees in the first four months of the current fiscal year. The company will conduct the recruitment drive through job portals, third-party HR services, career pages, and internal references. 

Kapil Makhija also added that the current Unicommerce team showcased immense resilience to perform during tough times and delivered great results. Hence, they are looking for individuals who can work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned.

The company’s hiring drive reflects the strategy of building a robust team that will augment its exponential growth while supporting its vision of simplifying e-commerce in India.
