Atomberg’s Head of HR Anup Shinde joins Tata AutoComp GGES

Anup Shinde, who has been serving as Head of Human Resources at Atomberg Technologies for over four years, has joined Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions (GGES), effective immediately.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Shinde said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of HR at Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions!”
Reflecting on his departure from Atomberg, he added, “My journey with Atomberg has been one of the most defining chapters of my career.
Scaling two greenfield plants from zero to full capacity, contributing to ₹1000+ crore revenue impact, and building a 3,000+ strong workforce, this was leadership tested in real time.
While goodbyes are never easy, leadership often demands hard calls for long-term betterment. Deep gratitude to Manoj Meena and Nipun Agarwal for their trust and visionary leadership, and to my incredible team for walking this 4+ year journey with resilience and commitment. One chapter closes. The learning continues. Onwards, with clarity and purpose.”
In his new role, Shinde brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience. He has previously held key HR positions at Aptiv, Rosenberger Electronics, TATA International and other industrial manufacturing companies, driving enterprise-wide transformation across high-growth manufacturing and R&D organisations, including greenfield and scale-up environments.
As a HR and People Strategy leader, he has led people agendas for companies scaling revenue and workforce strength, partnering closely with Boards, CEOs, CXOs, and investors.
On the academic front, Shinde holds an MBA in HR Management, a Diploma in Labour Law, Welfare and Industrial Relations from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and has completed the Senior Management Development Program at IIM Kozhikode.
