Bhartiya Converge has appointed Reethika Shetty as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company scales its Global Capability Centre (GCC) enablement platform in India.
The company said Shetty will lead its people strategy, talent agenda and HR transformation initiatives, with a mandate to build a scalable, people-centric organisation aligned with Bhartiya Converge’s integrated ecosystem approach.
In her current role at Bhartiya Converge, Shetty has overseen end-to-end HR leadership, spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational design, culture building and HR technology. Her elevation to CHRO reflects the company’s focus on workforce readiness as demand for GCC set-up and management services grows.
Before joining Bhartiya Converge, Shetty served as Director HR and Talent Leader at RUS Talent Solutions, advising organisations on building and scaling HR functions. Her work included implementing HR technology platforms across HROps, learning and development, and performance management, as well as supporting startups and GCCs with India market entry and leadership coaching.
Earlier in her career, Shetty held senior roles at Mu Sigma Inc., where she led global talent acquisition, leadership hiring, employee engagement and internal communications, alongside strategic initiatives in the founder’s office. She has also worked in HR and learning leadership positions at TIAA, Altisource and Tesco, handling talent development, engagement and P&L-linked responsibilities.
Shetty is also the Founder and Chief Learning Lead at RusLearning Consultants, reflecting her long-standing focus on learning, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
Bhartiya Converge positions itself as a full-stack GCC enablement platform, helping global organisations establish and scale India operations by combining talent, infrastructure and operational management. The appointment comes at a time when GCCs are playing a larger role in global business strategy, increasing the strategic importance of HR leadership.
Looking ahead, Shetty’s role will centre on building leadership pipelines, strengthening culture and aligning workforce capability with Bhartiya Converge’s growth ambitions, as competition for specialised talent intensifies.
