Broadridge has strengthened its India leadership team with the appointment of Kiran Hegde as chief financial officer, India, as the financial technology firm sharpens its focus on scale, governance and operational transformation in one of its key global hubs.
Hegde will oversee Broadridge India’s finance function, working closely with India and global leadership to drive financial discipline, operational rigour and transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s growth priorities, the firm said.
The appointment comes as Broadridge continues to expand its India operations, which play a central role in supporting its global technology, operations and client delivery capabilities across financial services.
Seasoned finance leader
Hegde brings 27 years of experience across financial planning, operations, risk management and large-scale transformation programmes. Most recently, he served as vice president, finance shared services at Dell Technologies, where he led financial planning and analysis, financial operations and enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives.
During his tenure at Dell, Hegde held multiple leadership roles focused on long-term process improvement and operational efficiency, contributing to global finance modernisation efforts.
Commenting on the appointment, Sheenam Ohrie, managing director, Broadridge India, said Hegde’s experience would strengthen the company’s finance strategy and governance framework in India while supporting its global growth agenda.
“Kiran brings extensive experience in finance leadership and a proven track record in driving operational and strategic transformation across complex global organisations,” Ohrie said.
India’s growing role
Hegde said India’s importance within Broadridge’s global operating model was a key factor in his decision to take on the role.
“India is a key hub for our global operations,” he said, adding that his focus would be on enhancing finance capabilities, improving processes and supporting teams in delivering high-impact outcomes. He also emphasised collaboration, efficiency and continuous improvement across the India organisation.
Over his career, Hegde has led initiatives to strengthen financial controls, streamline processes and build high-performing teams, with a focus on scalability and sustainable growth across geographies.
The appointment underscores Broadridge’s intent to reinforce leadership depth in India as it continues to invest in technology-led solutions for the financial services industry. With India remaining central to Broadridge’s global delivery and innovation strategy, the company is expected to further strengthen governance and operational frameworks to support long-term expansion.
