InvoiceCloud has appointed Sharon Joy as Head of Human Resources, India. The move comes as the company expands its Hyderabad Global Capability Centre (GCC).
Based in Hyderabad, Joy will lead the centre's people function. She will oversee talent, leadership, culture and employee experience.
HR strategy to support growth
Joy will work with Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader, and Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud's Boston headquarters.
She will develop the HR strategy for the expanding India operations. The Hyderabad GCC is growing across technology, product development and operations.

Two decades of HR experience
Joy brings more than 20 years of HR experience. Her background spans technology, consulting, financial services and product-led businesses.
She joins InvoiceCloud from Centime Inc. She spent more than six years there as Senior Director of Human Resources.
She led HR across India and the United States.
Earlier, Joy held roles at Cognizant, Optum Global Solutions, Virtusa, DXC Technology and Tech Mahindra.
Her experience covers talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, diversity and inclusion, HR operations and leadership development.
She has also worked with teams across India, the US, Ireland and the Philippines.
India takes a bigger role
Marcoff said, "India is central to our future, and the people's experience we build here matters enormously, not just for our teams in Hyderabad but for the company globally.

Hiring set to continue
InvoiceCloud is continuing to build its India workforce.
Hiring will focus on product, engineering, AI and specialised technology roles.
Joy's appointment comes as the company expands its Hyderabad GCC and strengthens its India HR leadership.
