Kapiva appoints ex-PhonePe executive Arsh Rachit as CHRO

Ayurvedic wellness brand Kapiva has appointed Arsh Rachit as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

As per the BW People report, Rachit will lead Kapiva's people strategy, talent development, organisational culture and leadership initiatives.

His mandate includes building a high-performing workforce to support the company's business expansion and long-term growth ambitions.

Brings extensive HR leadership experience

Rachit joins Kapiva from PhonePe, where he led the company's HR Centres of Excellence and International HR. In that role, he oversaw compensation and benefits, employer branding, HR operations, talent management and HR systems, while supporting the fintech firm's global people strategy.

Before leading the HR Centres of Excellence, he served as Head of HR Business Partner (HRBP) at PhonePe, partnering with business leaders to shape people strategy across key business verticals.

Strengthening Kapiva's people function

Earlier in his career, Rachit held senior human resources leadership positions at Gap Inc. Technologies, GE Appliances, a Haier company, and Standard Chartered Bank.

His experience spans talent acquisition, organisational development, HR transformation and leadership capability.

His appointment reflects Kapiva's continued investment in strengthening its people function as it scales operations and expands its presence in India's rapidly growing Ayurvedic wellness market.
