Tenarai, formerly Infogain, has appointed Gaurav Chadha as Chief Business Officer as the enterprise AI company strengthens its global leadership team.
In his new role, Chadha will oversee Tenarai’s global go-to-market strategy, strategic accounts, new business development and large-deal pursuits. His mandate will include bringing the company’s strategy, solutions and delivery capabilities together to support its next phase of enterprise AI growth.
Chadha joins Tenarai from Accenture, where he served as Global Technology Lead for Software and Platforms. He previously held senior leadership positions at Wipro, including Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Technology and Insurance practices, and was a member of the company’s executive committee.
His experience spans enterprise technology services, hyperscaler ecosystems, commercial strategy and complex global deals.
“Gaurav brings a proven track record leading high-performing go-to-market teams and executing complex global deals,” said Dinesh Venugopal, CEO of Tenarai. “His leadership will be key to sharpening our execution and aligning strategy, solutions and delivery to maximise client outcomes.”
Commenting on his appointment, Chadha said he would focus on developing an integrated commercial engine centred on measurable customer outcomes.
“What drew me to Tenarai is its focus on human-centred AI acceleration and helping enterprises navigate AI deployments with expert industry context, speed and precision,” he added.
The appointment follows Tenarai’s addition of Shashank Samant as Chair of its board earlier this year. The company is also expanding its technology partnerships across the enterprise AI ecosystem, working with organisations including Databricks, Anthropic, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Cloud and ElevenLabs.
