ERAM Holdings has appointed Alok Kumar as Chief Executive Officer of ERAM HCM India, bringing in a workforce and talent mobility leader as the group expands its human capital management business across India and global markets.
The appointment comes as the Saudi Arabia-headquartered conglomerate strengthens its focus on staffing, workforce management, executive search, skilling and international talent mobility through a technology-enabled HCM platform designed to serve employers across multiple industries and geographies.
Leadership appointment aligns with expansion plans
With more than 25 years of experience across staffing, workforce management, executive search, skilling and international talent mobility, Kumar joins ERAM at a time when organisations are increasingly seeking cross-border talent solutions and specialised workforce services.
Before joining ERAM, Kumar served as Chief Executive Officer of NSDC International, an organisation operating under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
During his tenure, he worked on initiatives aimed at positioning India as a global talent partner through structured international mobility pathways and partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.
In his new role, Kumar will lead the strategic growth of ERAM's Human Capital Management business, with responsibility for domestic and international expansion, global talent partnerships and workforce solutions.
