Global food service and support services company Compass Group India has appointed Manika Awasthi as its new HR head.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer (Head of Human Resources) at Compass Group India!,” Awasthi posted on Linked.
Prior to joining Compass Group, Awasthi worked with IndiGo as Vice President - Human Resources for more than seven years.
Awasthi has more than two decades of experience in diverse sectors, including hospitality, aviation and IT.
“A huge thank you to IndiGo for a very exciting 7. 5 years. I am leaving behind some great people who I worked with who have played a significant role in my professional career,” she added in the post.
Awasthi who holds a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from Delhi University also worked with Sapient as Director - People Strategy.
