Infinx has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for India and the Philippines, effective August 2026.
Ghosh announced his new role on LinkedIn, describing the appointment as the “next chapter” in his professional journey. He said he was looking forward to working with more than 10,000 colleagues across Infinx’s global operations.
“I am thrilled to share the next chapter in my professional journey! I have recently joined Infinx as the Sr Vice President and Head of HR for India and the Philippines,” Ghosh wrote.
Infinx is a healthcare revenue cycle management company serving hospitals, health systems and physician groups in the US.
The company combines AI agents, automation and revenue cycle management expertise across patient access and revenue cycle workflows.
Ghosh said the company is expanding across revenues, geographies and human capital, supported by its relationships with more than 900 healthcare provider organisations in the US.
Before joining Infinx, Ghosh served as SVP and Head of HR for India and the Philippines at Access Healthcare. Prior to that, he spent more than seven years at Berkadia, where he was SVP and Head of HR for India.
Ghosh spent over 12 years at Genpact progressing to the role of AVP and Lead HR Business Partner.
His academic background includes an Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, an Executive Certificate Programme in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an Advanced HR Analytics programme from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. He also holds a BA in Psychology from Osmania University.
In his new role, Ghosh will lead the HR function across Infinx’s India and Philippine operations as the company continues to expand its workforce and use AI and automation across healthcare revenue cycle management.
