Air India, Tata Motors, Godrej Capital, Netradyne, and Fulcrum Digital are some of the other organisations which announced the appointment of new human resource leaders in February.

Amidst the evolving landscape of human resources management, organisations are embracing strategic shifts by appointing new Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) to lead their talent management endeavors. Check out the list of companies who appointed new HR leaders in February.

Vivek Jain: Capri Global 

Long-time Kotak Mahindra executive Vivek Jain joined Capri Global as chief human resource officer, effective February. Jain joined Capri after serving Kotak Mahindra Ban for 15 years, where he served as senior EVP and head of HR for various business verticals. Genpact and Lupin Pharmaceutical are other organisations where he served previously.

Ramya Nagaraj: KPI Partners 

With over 15 years of experience in various areas of human resources, Ramya Nagaraj joined KPI Partners, a global strategic partner company that provides Analytics and Digital Transformation solutions, as their new Director of HR.

Bhavya Misra: Godrej Capital 

Godrej Capital, a financial services company, appointed Bhavya Misra as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Bhaya comes with over 15 years of experience across the finance, commercial, IT, electronics, and telecommunications sectors. She will lead the company’s HR team, designing HR strategies and culture initiatives for its people and work.

Krishnakumar Hariharan: Fulcrum Digital 

Fulcrum Digital, a global enterprise AI organisation, appointed Krishnakumar Hariharan, as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition. With more than three decades of experience, Krishnakumar Hariharan is responsible for shaping and strengthening the company’s talent acquisition strategy at a global level. 

Pooja Madappa: Netradyne 

Pooja Madappa who joined Netradyne in 2022 as Vice President of HR from Schneider Electric India, has been elevated to Senior VP to lead HR globally. Pooja comes with 18 years’ experience having been a part of two large multinational companies and with expertise in the entire gamut of HR functions.

Anirban Das: PwC 

With over two decades of invaluable experience in human resources, Anirban Das joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, a multinational professional services brand of firms as Senior Director - Human Capital.

Vandana Kapur: Carlsberg India 

Carlsberg India, a global brewer welcomed Vandana Kapur as the Vice President, Human Resources.  At Carlsberg, she is responsible for shaping the future of human capital.

Chandra Bhattacharjee: Aditya Birla Textiles 

Aditya Birla Textiles at Grasim Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, elevated Chandra Bhattacharjee as the new CHRO. With over 32 years of industry experience, Bhattacharjee has been with Aditya Birla Group since 2004 serving the company in various roles and responsibilities.

Uma Rao Ganduri: Sekhmet Pharmaventures 

Uma Rao Ganduri who comes with more than three decades of industry experience, joined Sekhmet Pharmaventures as CHRO from Granules India.

Ayub Ali: Ramee Group 

Ramee Group of Hotels appointed Ayub Ali as the new Corporate Human Resources Department Head. In his role as an HR Generalist, Ali is responsible for spearheading training, development, and industrial relations across all properties. His responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing managerial support, overseeing recruitment efforts, and fostering a positive work culture. 

Simantika Mukherjee: Tribeca Developers 

Tribeca Developers, a luxury real estate developer in India, onboarded Simantika Mukherjee as CHRO. She joined Tribeca Developers from Tata Realty where she worked in various capacities for more than seven years.

Roma Bindroo: Sanofi CHC India 

Sanofi CHC India, a healthcare company, appointed Roma Bindroo as People Director and Head of HR. In her new role, Roma brings over 15 years of experience across e-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and IT consulting industries.

Anju Jumde: Aditya Birla Money 

Aditya Birla Money, an online share broker and a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital, appointed Anju Jumde as the Head of Human Resources & Administration.

Sandeep Gautam: CK Birla

CK Birla Group, India’s leading conglomerate, appointed Sandeep Gautam as the Group Head of Corporate Human Resources, effective from February 2024.

Susan Joy: Muon India 

Muon India, managed by Macquarie Group, hawelcomed Susan Joy as the Head of Human Resources. Susan joined the company from Navneet Toptech where she worked as group HR head.

Rubi Khan: Luminous Power Tech 

Luminous Power Technologies, a commercial manufacturer of power and energy storage products, appointed Rubi Khan as the Head of Culture, Talent, Learning, and DEI.

Subir Verma: RP Sanjiv Goenka Group 

RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, an India-based conglomerate with a significant global presence, appointed Subir Verma as the Executive Director & CHRO for its power business.

Sitaram Kandi: Tata Motors 

Sitaram Kandi succeeded Ravindra Kumar GP as CHRO of Tata Motors who transitions to the role of CHRO at Air India, after serving as Tata Motors' CHRO since 2018.

Ravindra Kumar G.P: Air India 

Air India announced the appointment of Ravindra Kumar G.P as its chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective April 1. Kumar has succeeded Suresh Tripathi who is retiring.
