India’s leading retail apparel company, Arvind Limited, has appointed Sunitha Lal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In her new role, Lal brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across the IT, manufacturing, and insurance sectors.

Lal most recently served at Ather Energy as CHRO for over eight years, leading culture building, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Previously, she worked with Matrimony.com, Mphasis, TalentPro India, Polaris Software, J&B Systems, and AIG Systems in leading HR roles.
