Lloyds Technology Centre India has appointed Ritesh Jha as its Head of Talent Acquisition, effective immediately.
Jha brings over two decades of HR leadership experience encompassing global talent management, building high-performing teams and scaling future-ready talent strategies across industries.
He most recently served Citi India as Senior Vice President of Tech Recruiting Asia, spearheading strategic hiring initiatives, automation, location strategy, and the development of technology centres of excellence across the region.
Previously, Jha worked with FIS, where he served as TA Head for India and the Philippines and Global TA Head for the BPO business, and at Allegis Global Solutions, where he scaled large recruitment programs and led transformative TA initiatives.
He worked with renowned organizations including Info Edge, GE, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Sun Life Financial, and Infosys, in the beginning of his career.
