NoBroker.com has promoted Ira Joshi to Director of Human Resources, elevating the long-serving HR leader after seven years with the property technology company.

Joshi announced the move on LinkedIn, saying she was “happy to share” her appointment to the new role. The Economic Times reported that she joined NoBroker.com in 2018 as Senior Human Resources Manager before being promoted to Associate Director – HR in 2022.

Her tenure at the company has included leading strategy development and implementing HR programmes across operational functions. Industry colleagues describe her as a collaborative leader with experience working across organisational levels and adapting HR systems to evolving business needs.

Before joining NoBroker.com, Joshi spent four years at Deluxe Entertainment Services, where she served as Senior HR Business Partner. Earlier roles included HR Business Partner positions at JLL and an HR Executive role at IBM. She began her career in 2009 as an HR trainee with ITC Fortune Hotels before moving into recruitment at Pinaki and then into corporate HR roles.

The promotion comes as NoBroker.com continues to scale its operations across India’s competitive property technology market. The company has expanded its platform and ancillary services in recent years, increasing the demand for experienced HR leadership to support hiring, retention and organisational capability-building.

The HR function at fast-growing digital platforms to play a central role in workforce planning, talent pipelines and culture development as competition for skilled employees intensifies.
