Prabhudas Lilladher Group, also known as PL Capital, has appointed Zarin Daruwala as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective October 2025.
A BFSI stalwart, Daruwala brings over 35 years of experience spanning corporate and retail banking, governance, and strategic leadership to her new role.
Prior to this, she served Standard Chartered Bank as CEO - India and South Asia, leading the bank’s transformation journey and drove sustained growth across the region. Under her leadership, the bank’s Retail Banking business was repositioned to focus on Wealth Management, while its Corporate Banking arm was redefined as a trusted partner for innovation and growth, aligned with India’s expanding affluence.
