Preeti Verma appointed VP of Talent Acquisition at National Australia Bank (NAB)

National Australia Bank (NAB) has named Preeti Verma as Vice President – Talent Acquisition. Based in India, she will steer hiring strategies for the bank and support talent needs across its global delivery centres as the organisation continues to scale.

Verma will be based in Gurugram and will oversee strategic hiring and leadership recruitment, along with strengthening NAB’s employer brand and talent planning efforts. Her appointment comes at a time when the bank continues to deepen its India presence and sharpen its focus on building specialist and technology talent to support operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Verma carries more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and people strategy. She was most recently Associate Vice President at Trianz, where she led leadership hiring and talent branding. Before that, she held the role of Associate Director – Talent Acquisition for APAC, EMEA, and India at GreyOrange, working closely on global hiring programmes and senior-level recruitment.

Verma spent over 16 years with Genpact, where she grew through several talent leadership positions including Assistant Vice President – Global Talent Acquisition.

At NAB, she will lead efforts to strengthen hiring strategies and deepen leadership pipelines, supporting the bank’s continued expansion in digital and operations roles across regions.
