Procter & Gamble Health announced the appointment of Shashank Srowthy as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 1, 2025. Srowthy is taking over the role from Lokesh Chandak, who will be moving onwards to his new assignment as Senior Director – Finance & Accounting, Feminine Care, P&G Asia, Middle East and Africa.
He brings a diverse and rich experience in various finance roles across a career spanning 14 years at P&G. He joined P&G in 2011 in India and has since worked across various roles and geographies, delivering outstanding results for several P&G businesses across India, Dubai, and Singapore.
An alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Shashank is currently Director – Finance, Haircare - P&G Asia, Middle East and Africa.
