WRITER appoints Jevan Soo Lenox as the first Chief People Officer

WRITER, an agentic AI platform for the enterprise, has announced the appointment of Jevan Soo Lenox as its first Chief People Officer.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for WRITER, as adoption of its platform surges among Fortune 500 companies and the company looks to expand the cultural foundation that has powered its growth to date.
In this role, Lenox will lead and shape the company’s overall people strategy, focusing on creating initiatives around strategic clarity, employee experience, and strengthening organisational culture. His responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, and increasing employee engagement amid the company’s rapid growth and global expansion, with more than 400 employees across seven offices.
Lenox brings over two decades of experience leading employee and cultural operations. He has built and scaled people strategies at high-growth, category-defining companies like Square, Stitch Fix, and Blue Bottle, where his work in employee onboarding and talent development contributed to sustained double-digit growth. Lenox started his career at McKinsey, where he developed the structured, people-first approach that has enabled him to scale teams and cultures with speed and precision.
“WRITER is entering a new phase of growth, as it leads the charge of enterprise generative AI adoption globally and transforms how people work at the world’s leading companies,” said Lenox. “The company’s culture of speed, ownership, and clarity is a critical competitive differentiator. I’m excited to help scale that culture with intention, in order to continue to attract exceptional talent, build high-performing teams, and deliver transformative impact for customers.”
“The reason our enterprise customers are achieving real ROI is because of our people,” said May Habib, CEO and co-founder of WRITER. “Our AI agent platform, our models, our boots-on-the-ground customer experience all start with the team behind it. Jevan understands that better than anyone, bringing a deep belief that culture drives performance and scale. He’s the right leader to help us keep building a world-class team and platform for scaling agent-powered work in the enterprise.” IDC forecasts global enterprise AI spending will reach $307 billion in 2025, and $632 billion by 2028.
Over the past year, WRITER has experienced rapid growth as demand for fully integrated AI agent platforms has intensified. Fortune 500 companies including Ally Bank, Franklin Templeton, Lennar, Prudential, Qualcomm, Salesforce, Uber, and more, have joined WRITER’s growing roster of customers, alongside long-standing customer champions like Accenture, Intuit, Kenvue, and Vanguard. Enterprises have saved millions of hours in productivity and see a 333% return on investment paid back over 6 months on average.
