Everest Industries has appointed Dr Ujjal Bhattacharjee as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 16 July 2026, strengthening its senior leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on aligning people strategy with business growth and operational excellence.

Dr Bhattacharjee brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience spanning the manufacturing, engineering and automotive sectors across listed and privately held companies.
Before joining Everest Industries, he served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Biorad Medisys. His earlier leadership roles include:

Throughout his career, he has led HR functions across India, South Asia and South Africa, building experience in managing diverse workforces and supporting business transformation.
