Flipkart has appointed Divya Srivastava as Head of Performance and Rewards, bringing in a senior HR leader with nearly two decades of experience across rewards, people strategy and organisational leadership roles spanning consumer goods, healthcare and technology.
The appointment will see Divya Srivastava lead Flipkart’s Performance and Total Rewards charter as the e-commerce company continues to strengthen its people strategy and build a culture focused on performance, recognition and talent development.

In her new position, Srivastava will oversee initiatives related to performance management and total rewards across Flipkart.

Srivastava joins Flipkart after serving as Head of Reward for Unilever in India and Asia, where she led the company's total rewards strategy. She also played a role in advancing Unilever’s inclusion agenda across the region.
Before Unilever, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for GE Healthcare South Asia, leading people and talent priorities for the healthcare business in the region.
