Kamaljeet Kaur has been elevated as Chief Human Resources Officer of Sterlite Power after the exit of Swaminathan Subramanian who went on to re-join Fullerton India.
Kaur carries 18 years of experience and has been working with Sterlite Power for more than four years. She joined the power major in 2017 as Leader- Human Resource Business Partner and later took the role of HR Head - Global Infrastructure, before becoming CHRO.
Prior to joining Sterlite Power, Kaur was associated with Jubilant FoodWorks as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources for over three years. Her earlier assignments include Assistant General Manager at HeidelbergCement; Senior Manager - Human Resources at HDFC Bank; L&D specialist at Wrigley; and Assistant Manager at Hero MotoCorp.
Kaur’s expertise lies in Leadership Hiring, Talent Management, and Succession Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
Kaur holds a PGDM from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune, and BA from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
