Yes Bank has appointed Ruchita Amey Kadu as Vice President, Employee Relations & HR Compliance (West), reinforcing its leadership team as it continues to strengthen workplace governance and people practices across the western region.
In her new role, Kadu will lead employee relations and HR compliance initiatives for western India. Her responsibilities include strengthening workplace practices, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the bank's people-first culture.
The appointment brings an HR leader with more than 16 years of experience across employee relations, human resources, industrial relations, compliance and workforce management into a key regional leadership position.

Before joining Yes Bank, Kadu served as Chief Manager, Employee Relations at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where she worked on strengthening employee relations frameworks and initiatives designed to support an engaged and compliant workplace.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly seven years with Mahindra Finance as Deputy Manager, Human Resources, building experience across HR operations, employee relations and workforce management.

- NSD Global Trade Pvt. Ltd., where she began her career in core human resources and organisational administration.
