TVS Motor Co. appoints Madhu Srivastava as President and Group Head of HR

TVS Motor Company has appointed Madhu Manral Srivastava as President and Group Head – Human Resources, the company said in an exchange filing on February 7, 2026.
Srivastava, who will be based in Bengaluru, brings with her extensive cross-industry HR leadership experience spanning natural resources, oil and gas, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing.

She joins TVS Motor at a time when the group is accelerating its global expansion across mobility, financial services, and real estate.

Announcing the appointment, Sudarshan Venu, Chairman of TVS Motor Company, said Srivastava’s experience would add significant value to the group’s people and organisational agenda.
“Madhu’s rich cross-industry experience will add significant value to the Group. As we continue on a steady global growth trajectory, we are confident that she will build on the strong legacy of values, trust, and excellence that TVS is known for, while helping take our people and organisation agenda to the next level in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment,” Venu said.
He also acknowledged the contribution of R. Anandakrishnan, who spent nearly four decades with the company and played a key role in building its people foundations, values, and HR systems. “We would also like to take this opportunity to thank R. Anandakrishnan, who has devoted 38 years to TVS and has been instrumental in building the strong people foundations, values, and HR systems,” he added.
Prior to this, Srivastava served as Global CHRO at Vedanta, leading enterprise-wide people strategy and major HR integrations, including the acquisition of Cairn India and other businesses. Her tenure included driving leadership development, strengthening organisational capability, and leading culture transformation during periods of significant growth and change.
Vedanta has now welcomed Neha Sharma to succeed Srivastava as Group CHRO, effective February 10.
Previously, Srivastava held the role of CHRO at Cairn Oil & Gas and served as Group Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, where she focused on building global leadership pipelines and early-career talent programmes.
