Nidhi Mehandiratta currently Heads the OD & L&D function at TCE and has 15+ years of experience in Leadership Development, HR Technology & Digitization, Change Management, Culture Building, Performance Management, HR Transformation and Senior level hiring She has designed, developed and implemented global performance management practices, Talent Management, OD & learning initiatives. She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Faculty of Social Science- M S University Vadodara.

Kalpana Jaishankar

Kalpana Jaishankar is Senior Vice President & Head HR at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited. She has more than 25 years of experience in HR including HR leadership roles in leading organizations. In her past assignment, she was associated with Mastek, Patni Computer and Geometric Software solutions in HR leadership roles. She is a graduate in Mathematics from Madras University and done her management from IRMA. Her strengths are in areas that include HR Strategy, Performance Management, Competency Frameworks, employee engagement and compensation strategies. She has spearheaded many change management initiatives in different organizations.

Nina Nair

Nina Nair is Vice President and Head—HRD (India & LatAm) at [24]7 Inc. She has enjoyed two successful stints with the organization. In her current role, she oversees two key functions—HR and Learning & Organizational Development (L&D and OD) across India and Latin America for the services side of the business. She is spearheading the mandate to create a vibrant, people-centric organization across two distinct geographies and cultures. During her earlier association with [24]7, Nina was entrusted with integrated responsibility for HR and L&D functions for the India geography. As an HRD leader, she continues to play a key role in shaping and developing learning & organizational development agenda & HR policies of the organization. Prior to her current association with [24]7, Nina was the Chief People Officer at Indian Institute for Human Settlements. Nina was a teacher for 16 years prior to coming into the Corporate world.
