Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories wins the Learning Champion Award

Learn more about how Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories invested in the learning and development of their employees by connecting them to relevant and applicable skills.

The pandemic brought up an employee need for self-development and learning, and this aligned with the organisation-specific goals centred around digital acumen development and language learning. Hence, the LinkedIn Learning platform worked very well to build digital acumen because it was easy to institutionalise, with world-class content and easy integration with existing learning technology infrastructure. Being a great brand, it would need minimum selling.

As a winner of the “Learning Champion” category for “over 10,000 employees”, Sachin Gaur, Global Head – L&D, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories talks about how they could create a democratised learning ecosystem of content that could cater to any skill that people would need within the Pharma and Manufacturing ecosystem. This video highlights how Dr. Reddy’s was able to:

  • Accelerate and achieve the business goals of having a significant number of skilled people in the areas of 3DS data, digital and human-centric design
  • Develop specific skills and knowledge around areas like artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital marketing, data analytics, industry 4.0 and others
  • Enable access to great content, for learners to self-adopt learning
  • Scale up the content reach, and integrate the platform into the learning technology in a flexible manner
  • Build individual learning commitments and achieve learning goals by leveraging features such as e-mail nudges
  • Cultivate an uninterrupted culture of learning, complete with organisation-wide positive feedback
