Pharmaceutical major Lupin limited announced the appointment of Yugesh Goutam as President – Global Human Resources (HR). He takes over from Divakar Kaza, who has opted to retire after a transition period. Mr. Goutam will be responsible for the HR function globally and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Mumbai. He joins Lupin from JSW Group, were he was the Group President – Human Resources. With over 29 years of experience across diverse sectors, he has worked with companies such as RPG Life Sciences, Beckton Dickenson, Pfizer and Reliance Industries.

According to his LinkedIn account, Mr.Goutam completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from University Business School, Panjab University. He also completed an executive HR Program from Michigan University and a global top management program from the Kellogg Business School, North Western University.
